Is it possible to control your body’s stress response in real time? What lessons and context can we glean from brain science to help deepen the practice of Yoga, foster resilience and increase self regulation? Join the party as we engage both brain and body in understanding the mind body connection. Reviewing recent neuroscience research on brain plasticity, mindfulness training, gratitude and Yoga we will set a foundation of understanding for our physical practice of Yoga and breath work.
